Today was another rest & recovery day. So I just did a 7-minute workout:

  1. Jumping jacks
  2. wall sit
  3. push-ups
  4. abdominal crunch
  5. chair step-ups
  6. squats
  7. chair triceps dips
  8. plank
  9. high knees running in place
  10. lunges
  11. push-ups with rotation
  12. side planks

30 seconds each.

Foodlog:

  1. A healthy shake
  2. avocado toast
  3. noodlesoup with beef
  4. bbq pork sticks
  5. ice tea with sugar
  6. sunflower seed bars with honey, sugar, sesame seeds
  7. 2 beers
  8. durian
